If your Mustek is defect

A Mustek Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) allows customers to return defective products to Mustek for a replacement. After submitting for an RMA, we will need to approve it before you are asked (via email) to send your defective product back. Once we receives and tests the defective product a replacement product will be sent back to you. Read our General terms for more information.
